2. www.new-brides.com does not bear the responsibility for any charges of the User or damage which can be put to the User in consequence of direct or indirect use of given services. The responsibility for an estimation of accuracy, completeness and utility of any opinions, estimations, services and other information, quality and properties of the goods received by the User through services www.new-brides.com, lays on the User.
3. The user undertakes to not use services www.new-brides.com for fulfilment of any actions contradicting the Ukrainian or international legislation.
4. The user understands and agrees that www.new-brides.com does not bear any responsibility for possible faults in granting services.
5. Signing the given Agreement the User confirms with that the consent to accommodation of the materials given by it in an easy approach in a network the Internet
6. The user undertakes to inform immediately administrations of a site www.new-brides.com on change of the address, contact phone, or e-mail addresses, including cases connected with departure for rest, treatment, etc.
7. Signing the given agreement, the User confirms, that the information given by it is truthful and is not deformed purposely and-or inadvertently
8. The user undertakes to react to receipt of the new information from administration of a site www.new-brides.com in current no more than 5 days from the moment of the notice. Otherwise the administration of a site reserves the right to itself independent using the received information within the limits of one event.
9. The user trusts administrations of a site www.new-brides.com to make from the person necessary for performance of obligations under this agreement actions with the information
10. www.new-brides.com reserves the right to itself changes of the above-stated conditions. In this case they will be published on a server www.new-brides.com .
11. You reserve the right to itself, editing of your personal questionnaire. If you wish to remove or change photos, you can having contacted us by info@new-brides.com or to phone +38(062) 345-97-44, having named your personal ID number which will be appropriated after registration.

HOW TO BE REGISTERED

1. During registration you cannot add the photos. After registration send them (not less than 5 photos) to us on our electronic address info@new-brides.com (if you do not have electronic address, you can register it on any free-of-charge server which is required to you at the further registration) or if you do not have photos in an electronic kind, come to us in office which is to the address of: Pushkin 25/14,83055, Donetsk, Ukraine or send them to us by mail.
2. Your questionnaire will be added in our base only after reception of your photos by us and establishments of the validity of your person (it depends on correctness of filling of your contact information in the registration form).
3. You reserve the right to itself, editing of your personal questionnaire. If you wish to remove or change photos, you can, having contacted us by e-mail info@new-brides.com or by phone (062 345-97-44, having named your personal ID number which will be appropriated after registration.
4. According to rules of agency and experience, you should react to the acting information within 5 days from the moment of the notice.
5. At inopportuneness the administration of a site reserves the right to itself independent using the received information within the limits of one event.
6. Inform administrations of a site www.new-brides.com on change of the address, contact phone, or e-mail addresses, including cases connected with departure for rest, treatment, etc. in order to prevent item 5. (see above)
